TresVista has announced its plans to double its employee strength to over 2,000 by the end of this calendar year.
Spread over three office locations in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, TresVista will hire freshers and experienced professionals with dynamic skillsets for strategic business and scaled expansion.
With a continually growing demand, TresVista offers services including Research and Investment Services, Business Development Services, CFO Office Services, and their Data Intelligence group. Sudeep Mishra, Co-Founder and Managing Director, TresVista, said, "Our employee base has increased more than threefold since 2017 to our current strength of over 1,100. This has helped us match our business growth across delivery centers and add new service lines. We have unprecedented demand for our services and see this momentum continuing for the next several years. Our increasing rate of growth is a testament to our ever-expanding and supportive client base. This visibility allows to aggressively hire, train, and develop the best talent with a long-term outlook."
As part of the expansion plans, with over 1,000 people planned to join TresVista this year, there will be a co-related investment in employee engagement, in-depth training and induction, office infrastructure, and other intangible investments towards a diverse and inclusive office culture. TresVista will be visiting 30+ top institutions and colleges, like several IIMs, NMIMS, Christ University, the University of Delhi, among others, for campus placements across cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, and others as part of its expansion plans.
TresVista builds a strong focus on the entire employee journey from recruitment to upskilling to building academic rigor in daily operations, matched with industry benchmarked compensation. An equal opportunity employer of choice, TresVista is ably led by over 42% women employees and has a close-knit alumni community of over 450 successful individuals across diverse backgrounds and professions. The future growth plans for TresVista are equally strong, with another delivery center planned for launch in Europe in 2024, increasing new offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, and continued investments in positive employee experience.
